The Lodge

If I ever win the lottery I'd love to live in a place like this. Taken in North Wales.

"Top Cat"

Taken at low tide at Barmouth, North Wales.  The railway bridge is in the background.

Penmachno Falls

One of the many falls in the Cwm Penmachno, another of my favorite walks. Here you can be alone with your thoughts and just the noise of the falls.

 Shot out in our backyard.

Photography is now permiited inside some National Trust property, however, flash cannot be used so taking shots hand held in low light can be a little tricky.

Some of the beautiful Rhododendrons at the side of the front lawn area.

Gawthorpe Hall 7

There are two of these cavings either side of the structure in the smaller picture, I am assuming they are depicting links with the past textile industry.

Endisford Bridge 2

I have returned after a week just outside Clitheroe Lancashire, the weather wasn't the best but it was a good break.
This bridge, over the river Ribble, was once the boundary between Yorkshire and Lancashire, many years ago.
