Slightly overcast but but mild start. Shopping and ride completed.

Soon to be a beauty.

Monday smile.

Just to add to my troubles my pc is now playing up.

Nearing the end.

After almost spending 3 weeks in hospital after having a all attempting to

knock my brains out I was determined to do a ride this morning, so a wet ride to the bridge it was.

The food is still good as are the lovely nurses, had a good laugh with a few and they certainly looked

after me well. Would have loved to have brought a couple home. Good to be back.

Ready for work.

Had another fall again yesterday, this time they are doing loads of blood tests, results later,

Back to normal soon I hope.

They came and took a load of blood a few minutes ago.

I'm still no better.

Still no clue as to what is going on in the valley.
