Today's Dr visit.

 My Dr tells me I have in fact been very poorly after trying to beat my brains out.

Have had my haircut so feel human again, shopping and ride done/ Not that warm out there and blowing quite hard.

 Just to add to my troubles my pc is now playing up.

 After almost spending 3 weeks in hospital after having a all  attempting to

knock my brains out I was determined to do a ride this morning, so a wet ride to the bridge it was.

The food is still good as are the lovely nurses, had a good laugh with a few and they certainly looked 

after me well. Would have loved to have brought a couple home. Good to be back.

Update.

 Had another fall again yesterday, this time they are doing loads of blood tests, results later,

Back to normal soon I hope.
