I take shots of almost anything that catches my eye, my favourite subject is probably waterfalls.

Ludlow revisited.......11.
The entrance/exit door to the tower platform.
Looking down the spiral steps from the doorway.
Off to the side of the tower in the "ringing room". Very little light and a rather dirty window in the door, locked of course. Difficult to get a decent picture, however, on the right you can see some of the medieval carvings on the wall that are to be seen in the older parts of the church.

Ludlow revisited.......9.
An easterly view. The tall domed building is St Peter's roman catholic church.
A westerly view towards Ludow castle.
Looking down on the church roof.

Ludlow revisited.......6.
My destination. After paying £3 you are allowed access to the spiral satircase and to ascend to the top of the church tower. After 200 plus steps, great views are available. You do require to be fairly fit, not the best place to have a heart attack. You do get a tag so staff know if you have returned, not sure how long they wait before coming to look for you!
On the way up the church bells can be seen through a small window. Not good on the ears if they were suddenly fired up!
A fine building seen from the tower.
