Archive shots 6.
Today is the start of shots from a trip to Parys mountain on Anglesey. Mostly open cast mining was carried out, however, there were underground mining operations too. The majority of the open cast mining was carried out by women using long ladders. This place always makes me think it's probably a bit like this on Mars.
