Today's walk....mallard females.

Very tricky doing this hand held but at least the lighting was better today. They were under to bridge and flew out as soon as I arrived.

Taking off, they are soon way in the distance, 300mm lens and cropped.

  

Airborne.

 They have landed for a swim. If you look carefully to the left of the ducks you will see the illusive heron, looks like that's where the nest is.

 

Today's walk.......Herons and Winnie the Pooh.

Have had a load of hassle today with windows 10 on this PC, OK on my laptop. Wouldn't download pic's from camera and not playing blu ray of DVD platyers, gone back to windows 8.1.

A pair of Heron's today, as usual quite far off again but the pic's aren't too bad. Denbigh castle in the background on the first shot.

Poor Winnie the Pooh, hung out to dry, I wonder who he managed to upset!!
