The lambs were having a Monday morning lie in. One had it's eye on the Pheasant that decided it was better to head off.

 Avery poor crop this year, very late and mostly bitter and hard so no blackberry breakfast for me this year. Lovely sunny start to the day.

Pure Welsh wool. A lady once told me the story of how when she was young and the family was poor, she and her brothers and sisters would go out to collect wool from fences etc so her mother could knit clothes for them.
