Tatton Park 5.

Bridge at the side of the lake.

The bridge is closed.

The mechanism for getting water from the well.

Denbigh Asylum 7.

Only the slates on the centre section and tower remain now.
Great start to the day for my early morning walk, definitely a bit fresh though.

Tatton Park 3.

The Japanese garden.

The bridge.

View from the wooden bridge.

Another unusual bridge.

Denbigh Asylum 6.

The contractors continue with the removal of the slate roof tiles. I'm not sure if the "Sprit's" within the buildings will be too impressed with all the disruption!

Tatton Park 2.

The Manor House.

View from the garden.

Looking up at the manor.

The lake.

Tatton Park.

Autumn leaves.

A 1900 Benz, one of the vehicle collection.

A large mobile electrical generator, used to power fairground rides.

Front end, solid and built to last.

Post box, still in use.

The Wedding 2.

Final shots of the wedding, tomorrow we take a look at Tatton Park.

The wedding.

A complete change of subject today. One of our neighbour's daughters got married at the weekend, I wasn't the official photographer but did take a few shots. A very beautiful bride she was too.

The bride's transport was a vintage Mini.

The Cwmorthin valley 6.

Final shots from the valley today.

The clouds have finally won.

Once home for someone.

End walls and chimney.

They are making the entrance to this mine safe so as to allow people access.

Denbigh Asylum 5.

Work in progress, from another angle.

The Cwmorthin valley 5.

The footbridge that connects each side of the valley.

Starting to climb the other side of the valley.

External and internal shots of an old mine entrance. You will notice in the lower left shot that the mine has been blocked to stop people like me gaining access.

The sun is about to go, time to go back down.
