There was once a wooden jetty here, vandalised in
recent years. The pole indicates where it ended.

Finally the cloud is breaking up.

  

Mother nature slowly reclaiming the land.

Way in the distance I think are the lakes at  Llanberis.

  

Suddenly a break in the cloud. In the mountains the weather can change in an instant.

A dull start to the day but dry, the cloud has mostly cleared and the sun is now out.
