I take shots of almost anything that catches my eye, my favourite subject is probably waterfalls.

Penmachno to the miners village. 35.
Final shots from this walk.
One of the workshops showing the machinery beds.
Really starting to crumble.
View from the winding drum building.
Carvings on the window sill, oldest one seems to be 1937.
Finally caught in the sunshine.
A fenced off section of one of the levels, not been able to find out it's significance.

Walk to Wrysgan mine.16
A useful set of steps. Slate is very slippery when wet so care is needed when it rains.
A bend in the track. The miners seemed to take pride in their work environment, it's a shame it is slowly disappearing.
The sun is finally trying to break through.
Many tons of waste in the distance.
Loads of quartz in this rock and probably some traces of Welsh gold too!
