Walk to Wrysgan mine.2



The bridge has become dangerous so has been closed, this means a slight detour.


A large section of the bank has collapsed.


This shot shows very clearly why the bridge has been closed. However, when you consider that no concrete etc was used in it's construction it has lasted well.


Our destination at the moment is covered in low cloud, the forecast say's things will improve.

Spring flowers..

Walk to Wrysgan mine.


Today is the start of my walk which I completed last Tuesday. The mine is located on the left side of the Cwmorthin valley. I first visited in 2006.


I always like to start with my favorite subject, waterfalls.
