The most comfortable place in the field for a young lamb. A cool wind still and dull but dry.

A dull and misty start to the day today.

 

After the rain.

Heavy rain overnight and still a bit damp on my walk. Plenty of raindrops on this Daffodil causing it to droop under the weight.

The lambs are growing fast. Dull, cool but dry here this morning for my walk.

  

 

Breakfast time.

She was getting stuck into a fresh bale of hay as I passed on my walk today. Strong cold wind and showery here today.

From today's walk. Nice and sunny but a very cold wind.

 

Snowdrops.

They are lasting well this year, probably because of the cold and damp weather. Slight frost after the rain during the night so a little slippery in places on my walk today.

 

Monday's animals.

This is a "Manx Loaghton", they can have up to six horns. A first for me, never seen one before, interesting walk today.

Several horses in the field as I passed today. Rained hard during the night so they are a bit damp, however, they were happy to come to the gate for a bit of fuss.
